My Story.

 
 

Growing up in Santa Cruz, CA, Sarah Savoca first left her hometown to attend University of Portland, major in Business Finance, and play volleyball. She was a 4-year starting right side attacker, who achieved multiple academic recognition’s including Dean's List.

By the end of Sarah’s collegiate career she helped Portland break a laundry list of records including, beating multiple nationally top ranked teams (including BYU & USD), creating the first winning seasons in Pilot history, and moving up to seventh all-time in the career records in block assists and ninth in team blocks.

As her career in sport came to an end, Sarah found her passion for entrepreneurship, psychology, neuroscience, leadership, personal growth, and the importance of mental health. She started her very first business senior year of college, then graduated with her Leadership Certificate while at Portland, which was just the start.

While working hands on with CEO’s of multi-million dollar businesses while in Commercial Banking, Sarah realized that she wanted to be the one in her clients shoes, so she quit her job and took her Mental Skills Coaching business full time!

Currently, as a NLP Master Coach & Mental Skills Specialist Sarah has built a large tool box for coaching and training her clients. Including, becoming a Board Certified Neuro-Linguistics Programming (NLP) Master Coach & Trainer (same methodologies and modalities Tony Robbins uses), Master Practitioner of Integrated TimeLine Therapy, trained International Coaching Federation (ICF) Coach, and trained by John Maxwell on multiple occasions.

Sarah’s coaching practice focuses on Mindset & Mental Skills Coaching for current and former athletes. Sarah guides her clients to live in alignment with their values and purpose in order to create a better relationship with themselves, holistic success, and a mindset of excellence. Because when we grow, the world grows!
