REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason. By purchasing, you agree to be responsible for the full payment of the program, service, or product, regardless of your level of participation or completion.

DELIVERY POLICY
Coaching services are delivered through live Zoom sessions over the duration of the program. Between sessions, additional support is provided via text and voice messaging.

Each session is guided by the Coach and personalized to support the Client’s goals. The program may include goal-setting strategies, mindset tools, reflective exercises, and accountability to support the Client’s growth throughout the coaching journey.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Commitment and consistency are key to getting the most out of this coaching program. Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance to ensure structure and momentum.

If the Client is unable to attend a scheduled session, the Coach is not obligated to provide a refund or reschedule the missed session.
